Learn more about becoming a volunteer tutor at our annual Open House and Info Session on Wednesday, September 19, at 5pm at Bellingham Public Library. Meet our staff, enjoy refreshments and enter for some fun door prizes as well! There is no obligation to become a tutor, so bring a friend and learn more about Whatcom Literacy Council’s work in our community.
